TEMPERARILY OUT OF STOCK UNTIL JULY 14TH
If you would like to place an order, we'll reserve one from our July shipment.
LARGE BEEHOUSE COFFEE DRIPPER fits on the top of your teapot so it can be used to brew coffee. What is great about the coffee dripper by Beehouse is that it has an opening at the base to let you check the water level of the pot below without moving the dripper. The large photo shows the coffee dripper with a 45 ounce teapot.
It's designed to hold enough ground coffee to make 2-4 cups. It will fit any Bee House teapot whose lid measures 2 3/4 inches in diameter. It will also fit the top of any mug that is between 3 inches to 3.5 inches in diameter.
Like the small dripper, the base 4 inches long by 3 inches wide. The difference between the large and the small is that the large dripper is 3 1/2 inches deep, 4 1/2 inches wide at the top and it holds 1 cup of liquid. .
We don't carry the coffee filters. If you have any suggestions or comments regarding the filters you use, please send us an email and we'll add your comments. Based on customer feedback: Both the Melitta #2 and Filtropa # 2 filters will fit into the base of either the small and the large coffee drippers. Although they are too tall for the small dripper they seem to be perfect for the large dripper. The #2 size works best with the large coffee dripper. A note regarding the Filtropa filter, according to some, it brews a slightly thicker and heavier coffee.
